That was a fantastic listen! I’m going to have to watch another adaptation of it (I’ve only seen the whedon version which, while delightful, doesn’t bring in the historical context). I hope you guys do more episodes together!

Thank you, my friend! I think that we will; it was cool to discover things during the conversation. I watched the Kenneth Branagh version. It is charming in a lot of ways and makes the comic scenes comic while making the potentially tragic scenes very serious. But it omits some lines and does some light re-ordering of some lines.

Yes! I have learned a lot from Shakespeare but Bolingbroke has made understanding Shakespeare into a way of life. I really enjoyed the conversation.
